Art in Gilgal

Hotel Gilgal features a permanent art exhibition by the Israeli-South African artist, Baruch Maayan. The paintings contribute to the unique atmosphere in the hotel and are inspired by Bible stories about Israel’s patriarchs and the history of the Jewish people.

The exhibition is open to the public during the day at the lobby on the main floor, at "Beth Lehem” (House of Bread) dining hall on the first lower level and at "Sha’ar haShamayim” (Gate of Heaven) conference hall on the second lower level.
